Year of New Beer: The Keeper's Veil Honey Saison, Burial Beer Co (Asheville)

Very floral as hints of chamomile and honeysuckle combine with a light clove and yeast on the nose. On the tongue, the honey sweetness melds into the traditional saison spiciness, with traces of graham cracker and seemingly a touch of ginger. Loses a bit of its "zest" with warmth, but still a pretty unique, tasty brew.
