Year of New Beer: Cherry Ol Fritz, Black Acre Brewing (IN)

Tart cherry, lemon zest, and perhaps a little crabapple anchor a nose that also sees traces of damp wheat and a touch of sourdough. On the tongue, the cherry really begins to shine as the glass warms, with a lightly puckering citrus pith and acidic bite through a drying finish. Not the sharpest Berliner Weisse I've ever had, but light and refreshing.
