Year of New Beer: Flamingose, Uinta Brewing (UT)

Salt and coriander lead the way, with a light wheat bread and faint pineapple content to sit in the background. On the tongue, the pineapple doesn't come off as sweet and fruity as I had hoped, instead almost clashing with the spiciness of the coriander and overall salinity of the brew. Mildly tart to the taste buds, and generally refreshing on a warm evening, but I just don't feel like the pineapple adds much to this. However, two of the three people I shared this with liked the pineapple aspect, so once again, your mileage may vary. As a less than $6 bomber, it's worth a shot.
