Finally getting around to the most recent iteration in this now four year old series. Milk chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon dominate the nose, with lesser notes of dark fruits and nuts. On the tongue, the chocolate leans more toward bittersweet, as a roasted coffee bean tries to overcome the heavy vanilla. The nuttiness seems to be more prominent on the taste buds, with a heavy dose of bourbon intertwined with caramel and bread crust. This is good now, but I'm looking forward to seeing what a little time does to my other bottles.
