Year of New Beer: Oktoberfest, North High Brewing (OH)

Toasted bread crust, sweet cereal grains, and a bit of cooked apple on the nose. On the tongue, a slightly sweet bready malt presents with a touch of caramel, then gives way to a much grassier, hoppier finish than I expect from the style. Not bad, just not what I was expecting.
