Year of New Beer: Priscilla White Wit Wheat, Oskar Blues Brewery (CA)

Steadfast in my refusal to give up on summer, I scour the fridge and come up with this warm-weather beer. On the nose, this is a pretty traditional witbier--lightly sweet grain with a touch of orange zest and a floral spiciness. On the tongue, the orange works well with a fresh wheat bread and coriander note. Essence of lemon through the finish. Very enjoyable on an 80° October day.
