Year of New Beer: Hop Gose Weasel, Marz Community Brewing (Chicago)

Pretty bland on the nose, with the expected brine coming on a little with warmth, along with traces of coriander, wheat, and lemon. On the tongue, tartness overrules any initial salinity, puckering the mouth with an acidic lemon zest and hints of orange juice. Damp wheat and a greater salt presence through the middle, with a very mild, grassy hop bite. Much better taste than aroma, and very easy drinking.
