Fairly subdued nose that does eventually open up to reveal some light apple & white grape skin, along with floral grasses. On the tongue, the grassy hop bite prevails from the start, backed by a yeast note and hints of pepper. Faint fruit sweetness in the middle that vanishes quickly, returning to a mild bitterness on a crisp, dry finish. Pretty good beer.
