Lemon zest, pine, and a damp hay sort of funk on the nose. Citrus bitterness leads on the tongue with a definite Brettanomyces influence hitting mid-palate. The honey provides a touch of sweetness against a slightly sourdough bread malt. This is unusual, but pretty tasty.
