Year of New Beer: Experimental Series: Cerveza with Smoked Lime, West 6th Brewing (Lexington)

Subdued nose of sweet grains and a light lime note. On the tongue, this is just a straight, thirst-quenching crusher. Mexican lager with a touch of floral hops, sweet cereal grains, and a burst of lime. No idea how much impact the "smoked" lime had over regular lime, but the citrus is there for sure. Simple, but tasty.
