Funky with damp, musty hay on the nose. Warmth allows apple skin, pear, and mineral notes to thrive. On the tongue, the flavors don't carry the same promise as the aroma. Lemon zest, field grasses, and a bit of chalk come through on a dry, slightly peppery background. Just a little bit bland and one note flavor-wise.
