Year of New Beer: Belgian White Ale, Yellowhammer Brewing (AL)

Coriander, yeast, and dry wheat are accented by hints of lime and ginger on the nose. Very effervescent on the tongue, with a mineral water-like base that seems to overwhelm the wheat bread and Belgian yeast. Still a decent amount of ginger underneath. Refreshing enough for summer, but not one I'd buy again.
