Year of New Beer: Bellini Brut IPA, Country Boy Brewing (Georgetown)

It's late, so I'll keep this short and to the point. This beer may have the purest peach aroma of any I've had, especially as it warms. On the tongue this seems to have just a bit more fruit peel hop bite than the base Brut IPA, but not so much as to turn off someone who isn't an IPA fan, if that makes sense. The peach puree even seems to add a touch of sweetness through the middle. Mild hop bitterness on the finish. I still think this is a great transition beer for someone feeling out hops. Very well done.
