Year of New Beer: Strawberry Kiwi Cider, Country Boy Brewing (Georgetown)

The only thing on the board that I hadn't tried, so why not? Green apple, lemon, lime, and very subtle strawberry on the nose. The taste buds are treated to a nice Sweetart-type effect as the fruits pucker initially before sweetening along the middle. I have always found strawberry difficult to discern in all but a few beers/ciders, and this is no exception. It's tart, unripened fruit at best, but that doesn't detract from the drinkability at all. Sweet kiwi and tropical fruit on the finish. Nicely done.
