Year of New Beer: Color Block, Prairie Artisan Ales (OK)

Orange zest, lemon, and pretty big yeast note on the nose. No discernible vanilla. Quite a bit of pithy bitterness on the tongue, as well as a continued farmhouse IPA sort of feel. This is a decent beer, but it just doesn't have the soft, juicy characteristics of the New England IPAs.
