Year of New Beer: Rojo Johnson, Atrium Brewing (Louisville)

Tons of fruit on the nose, ranging from candied pineapple and orange to hints of papaya and mango. A bit of honey sweetness arrives with warmth. On the tongue, the taste leans juicy and sweet, as the hops showcase fruit rather than bitterness. Very nice malt backing of bread crust provides balance. This can hold its own against the more established breweries, and I can't wait to see what comes next from Mark Rubenstein
