Year of New Beer: YumYum, Three Floyds Brewing (IN)

Sweet tangerine practically explodes from the glass, stealing the show from lesser notes of grassy hops and graham cracker. On the tongue, the juicy citrus remains abundant, almost candied in its sweetness. A nice caramel malt backbone builds through the middle, with an herbal bitterness rounding out the finish. This is one superbly balanced pale ale. Hopefully, Three Floyds will someday produce it in larger quantities.
