12 (New) Beers of Christmas - Whiskey Barrel Aged Holidale, Breckinridge Brewery (CO)

 A somewhat subdued nose features some dark fruits, caramel, and a bit of woody spice, all of which open up a bit better with warmth. On the tongue the whiskey barrel is evident, as vanilla and oak come forth aside molasses and a bit of candied orange peel. A bit thin, but overall a pretty good brew.
