Year of New Beer (Bonus): Project PAM, Founders Brewing (MI)

Roasty malts, pine and brown sugar on the nose. On the tongue comes an earthy, almost evergreen bite laid over charred grains and lesser notes of pineapple and citrus. Bread crust, maple sweetness, and mild bourbon heat round out a full flavor profile. This is delicious and deserving of more attention. I think I'll grab another to sit on for a few months.
