Year of New Beer: Hash Brown, Sweetwater Brewing (GA)

Brown bread crust, caramel, and dusty field grass on the nose. On the tongue is a nice nutty, earthy presence that has traces of burnt tobacco. With warmth comes a more dank, slightly resinous hop bitterness. Nothing mind-blowing, but a pretty good beer. Probably would have been better a little fresher, but I let it get lost in the back of the fridge.
