Year of New Beer: Coney Island Sword Swallower, Shmaltz Brewing (NY)

Very sweet herbal quality to the nose along with some subdued notes of peach and apple skin. The sweetness is present in the flavor as well, with white grapes coming forward. Hints of caramel and finally the promised hop bite comes through near the finish. Not bad for a lager.
