Year of New Beer: Yang Imperial IPA, Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark)

Hints of honey, candied citrus fruits, and mild pine aromas. The flavors quickly turn towards pithy orange and grapefruit with mild brown sugar before giving way to a scathing hoppiness that coats the tongue through the finish. Add to that a fairly decent alcohol burn, and you have a beer that leaves no doubt about its classification. Excellent.
