Year of New Beer: Cantillon Classic Gueuze, Brasserie Cantillon (Belgium)

Super tart lemon, white grape, and green apple on the nose. On the tongue it's pretty much more of the same with hints of peppery, yeasty funk. Sour, crisp, and very smooth; dry like a tart white wine. Very nice.
