A quick burst of lemon pepper on the nose, followed almost immediately by some sweet apricot and white grapes. On the tongue, the peppery, yeasty aspects of the saison begin to come out with hints of sweet grains being pushed aside by dry grassy notes. Crisp, clean, and delicious.
