Year of New Beer: Fade to Black Volume 4 Rocky Mountain Black Ale, Left Hand Brewing (CO)

Roasted malts and bitter chocolate combine with some earthy, piney hop flavors to make a pretty solid Black ale. Had heard some negative comments on this beer, but I think it's pretty good. Still not better than the Volume 2, but this one's no dog.
