Year of New Beer: Revelry, Two Brothers Brewing (IL)

Grapefruit, orange, and hints of apricot are complemented by some piney hops and bread crust. As the beer warms, a sweet caramel becomes more pronounced. On the tongue, alcohol heat is the most dominant, with a burnt sugar sweetness in the middle, and finishing with a fairly significant dry, bitter hop bite. Could be a little more balanced with a more hidden alcohol, but still a solid beer.
