A fantastic pour yields aromas that are both tart and floral, with hints of citrus and white wine. Brettanomyces provides the funk, as wisps of grassy hops and white grapes blend in a wonderful combination of flavors. Crisp. dry, sweet...this one hits on all cylinders. A nice choice for the penultimate day of a year of new beers!
