Year of New Beer: Belgian Style Black IPA Beer Camp #94, Sierra Nevada (CA)

Roasted malts with a certain woodiness, with faint hints of banana and clove on the nose. On the tongue, a strong resinous pine bitterness leads the way with a funky Belgian yeast note lying underneath. This is a different, but very good beer.
