Year of New Beer: Dark Sky Imperial Stout, Baird Brewing (Japan)

Rich, dark chocolates, coffee, wisps of smoke and faint dark fruits; roasted malts, hints of molasses, and an underlying creaminess on the tongue. Finishes with a mild alcohol heat and lingering hop bitterness. Fantastic beer.
