Year of New Beer: Old Jubilation, Avery Brewing (CO)

Roasted nuts, raw cocoa, and hints of damp earth on the nose; the chocolate and cocoa really step up on the tongue, along with some raisins and caramel, and a little hop bitterness to round things out. Really good beer, wish more breweries made the old ale style.
