Year of New Beer: 3 Ho's Christmas Ale, Country Boy Brewing (Lexington)

The ginger and coriander used in the brewing of this beer are evident in both the aroma and taste, but neither is overpowering or artificial as is so often the case in winter seasonals. Hints of orange and caramel-like sweetness provide some balance, with a warming alcohol finish. Another fine effort from The Boys.
