Year of New Beer: Local Acre Lager, Lakefront Brewery (WI)

Slightly sweet pilsner malts greet the nose, with little else of which to speak. As for flavor, however, things pick up nicely as the cracker malts are balanced by touches of mineral water, honey, and hop bitterness. I'm not big on lagers, but this one was pretty good.
