Year of New Beer: Claymore Scotch Ale, Great Divide Brewing (CO)

Dark and rich, this beer hits the style very well. Caramel malt and a touch of cocoa on the nose; on the tongue is initial sweetness with nuts, raisins, and earthy tobacco all thrown in for good measure. Really nice beer.
