Year of New Beer: Celis Grand Cru, Michigan Brewing Co. (MI)

Coriander, yeast, orange peel, and a touch of banana play out in the aroma as well as taste. Hint of sweetness on the tongue, as well as a mild alcohol heat. Not a great Belgian style ale, but not bad either.
