Year of New Beer: Sneaky Pete Imperial IPA, Laughing Dog Brewing (ID)

Buttery toffee and mild pine resin on the nose; the taste is slightly unbalanced as the sweet, caramel malt doesn't really give the hop bitterness a chance to shine. Not a bad beer, not outstanding, but hey, it's Idaho.
