Year of New Beer: Hoppy Bunny American Black Ale, Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery (Farmville, NC)

Freshly ground coffee beans, bitter chocolate, and a touch of citrus hops on the nose; the taste brings an interesting mix of cocoa powder, fairly acidic espresso roast, and some tart/slightly sour fruit undertones with a somewhat bitter hop bite. Not my favorite from this brewery, but a pretty good one, nonetheless.
