Year of New Beer: Hopivore, New Holland Brewing (MI)

Mild grapefruit/citrus hops on the nose, but aroma is dominated by sweet malts. On the tongue, caramel malt comes off a little heavy-handed, preventing the hops from really taking over. Not a bad beer, just not what I was expecting given the name.
