Year of New Beer: Buried Hatchet Stout, Southern Star Brewing (TX)

Big roasted coffee notes, as well as chocolate and a hint of vanilla. All of these translate fairly well to the tongue, finishing slightly dry with mild bitterness. Pretty solid stout.
