Year of New Beer: White Cap, Hinterland Brewery (WI)

Grassy hops on the nose with a pretty generous lemon zest. On the tongue, the citrus pith is more prevalent and the hops are dry and carry a stronger than expected bite. Lack of any malt backbone leaves this one a tad thin. Still, not a bad beer.
