Belgian yeast and a touch of pepper stand out above light citrus on the nose. The tongue brings an initial, fleeting sweetness that succumbs to a light spice and musty field grass. Moderate bitterness with a trace of mineral bite on the finish. Not bad, but as for their special releases, I enjoyed the Double Bean Blonde a bit more.
