Year of New Beer: Puff, Sixpoint Brewery (NY)

Big, juicy tropical fruit notes greet the nose, backed by a slight honey sweetness. Herbal and dank with warmth. Very similar once it hits the tongue as grapefruit, pineapple and orange all come forth. The weedy, herbal character becomes more pronounced on the flavor side of things, drying out slightly and overshadowing the caramel malt sweetness. Very smooth and drinkable given its nearly 10% ABV. Nice beer.
