Year of New Beer: Didjits Blood Orange IPA, Burnt Hickory Brewery (GA)

Sharp grapefruit and orange peel on the nose, with a faint biscuit-type malt, as well as a dusty grass notes. On the tongue, this becomes straight bitter, dank juice. The blood orange is pithy, and the grassiness dries the tongue, tempered only slightly by the mildly sweet, toasted grain. Really nice!
