Papaya, tart peach, lemon drop, and lime zest dominate the nose, with traces of dry wheat and seltzer water lingering in the background. On the tongue, this is a punch in the face, sour from the word go, drawing what seems like all of the moisture from my mouth. Sharply acidic lemon, crabapple, and a faint saltiness combine with a bit of a mineral component on the finish. I'm not sure what the teas really add to this, but I'm hoping it's not an extraordinary caffeine kick. I thought this sounded good, but it's even better than I was expecting.
