Pear and white grape blend nicely with a slightly earthy yeast note, as a touch of oak and cut hay sneak in with warmth. On the tongue, the fruits are soft with a bit of sweetness, again featuring pear, white grape, and a bit of apple. The traditional saison spiciness is tempered a bit by a late arriving oak and vinous red wine tartness. A little funky and dry on the finish. This is so delicious and easy drinking.
