Year of New Beer: Willy Vanilly, Alpine Beer Co (CA)

Light bread dough, hints of citrus, and a faint creamy vanilla on the nose. All of these aspects transition well to the tongue as a mildly grassy bitterness joins forces with some citrus and toasted bread. All serve as a nice complement to the sweetness of the vanilla. This is interesting but most likely a one and done for me.
