Year of New Beer: Weld Rhubarb Sour Ale, Tin Man Brewing (IN)

A little bit of olfactory ability returns today, and this one offers up a slightly earthy, almost berry-like aroma. I have no clue what unadulterated rhubarb smells like, so this assessment could be way off the mark. On the tongue, the fruity theme continues, leaning toward strawberry and mild cherry, with hints of lemon layered over a bit of slightly musty wheat. Pretty tart and tasty.
