Big citrus aromas strike the nose first, with a lesser but still very noticeable Belgian yeast underneath. On the tongue, the citrus fruits take on more of the bitterness of the peel, as some peppery spice comes in along with a lightly bready malt. Floral bitterness hangs on through the finish. Really good beer.
