Year of New Beer: Lilja's Hellhound Brown Ale, Sand Creek Brewing (WI)

Nose is comprised of roasted nuts and light caramel, with some hints of tobacco leaf. On the tongue, the caramel sweetness is realized with some chocolate joining in. Unfortunately, the balance is thrown off a bit by a biting, acidic note that does the beer no favors. With a few tweaks this could be a pretty good beer.
