Belgian yeast, clove, coriander, and hints of banana are joined by the perfume of chamomile on the nose. On the tongue, light notes of white grape, apple, and banana provide a balanced sweetness to the overall spice and yeast notes. Traces of herbal grasses and a tea-like quality on a crisp finish. Nice example of the style.
