Peach aromas that are both tart and cobbler-like seemingly at the same time. On the tongue, the tart peach wins out, with mild peppery, yeasty components. Crisp and refreshing--a perfect pair to grilled salmon and spinach salad with mango, avocado, almonds and lime vinaigrette.
